The course was crafted by a team led by Martin Hawtree, joined by Swedish architect Christian Lundin and Canadian designer Christine Fraser. Together, they produced a layout that feels both traditional and modern. It is a hybrid of sweeping links terrain, heathland character, and wetland intrigue. The routing unfolds in three distinct acts: the opening and closing holes carve gentler wetlands/heath type holes, while the middle stretch moves through towering dunes.

Conditioning is excellent. Even though the golf course has just recently opened, it felt deeply rooted and like it has been around for decades. More than just presentation, the grass walking paths are incredible to see in and of themselves.
